Refund and Course Rescheduling Policy

Thank you for choosing Fashion Solution courses. When you are enrolling or purchasing our training courses on our website, you agree to our privacy policy, terms of use and the points mentioned below:

• Fashion Solution may stop/cancel/reschedule the training or webinar or an event, because of insufficient enrliment, sickness, earthquake, storms or any other natural disaster or any other reasons.
• If Fashion Solution cancels the training or event, 100% of the fee( the course fee paid at the time of your purchase)will be refunded to you.
• If for some reason Fashion Solution decides to cancel the training in the middle, a full refund will be provided.
• Fashion Solution reserves the right to pull any students out of the training without assigning any reason. In such an incident Fashion Solution will prorate the number of hours attended and refunds the rest of the money to that student.

Self-Paced video training/Recorded Sessions

You need to inform Fashion Solution within 24 hours from the course purchase for a refund. Refund is void if you have accessed more than 25% of the course or claimed for refund after 24 hours from the course purchase.

Instructor-Led Live and Video training

• If for any reason you are not able take the course and if you inform Fashion Solution at least 7 days before the commencement of the course start date. Fashion Solution will refund all your money less 50 USD or 10% of Course Fee whichever is higher asprocessing fee. You will not be entitled to any refund whatsoever, once the course has started.
• If you decide to enrol into another Course offered by Fashion Solution from 3 days of the course start date, you will be charged50 USD or 10% of Course Fee whichever is higher as course change fee.

Refund Policy

• Please reach out to our support team to initiate any refund.
• All refunds will be processed within 20 days after the refund request is approved by Fashion Solution.
• You will not share materials, Video recordings, session details, blog contents provided. Fashion Solution reserves full right to revoke all your access without any refund otherwise.
• Refund for Duplicate Payment

Refund for any duplicate payments made by the students will be processed through the same source within 20 days post notification fromthe student.

No Refund will be made by Fashion Solution on its other services like Certification, Recorded Videos, Interviews, Server Access etc.
